      Auto-tagging documents - OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

      Every signed agreement and manually uploaded PDF is automatically scanned by Harbour using OCR. This makes all of the text in a document searchable.

      • Search across all of your agreements and your organization's agreements
      • Harbour OCRs (Optical Character Recognition) every agreement that enters its system
      • The text within every contract becomes searchable in Harbour
      • Filter by dates, names, and auto-tagged or manually added keywords such as "Custom Name," "Auto-renewal" or for specific clauses/legal language.
