How do I move, copy, add tags, or download items in the Library?

Easily move, copy, download, add tags, and delete items from Library individually or in bulk

  • These functions can all be found once you've select at least one item's check box in the Library, as well as under the overflow menu button (three vertical dots) on the upper right of the Library
  • Select one, many, or all items in a folder to move, copy, download, add tags, or delete in bulk
  • Moving items will allow you to transfer items from one folder to another
  • Copying items will allow you to make a copy of all selected items in a new folder while keeping the original copy in its current folder location
  • Download items in bulk - select multiple or all items in a folder and click download in the top-right drop-down menu. Harbour intelligently organizes all downloaded items into subfolders based on the signer's email, with searchable file names
  • All added tags become searchable
