When you want your signer to only enter data once, but have that information appear in the final document in multiple places use Copy & Paste
1. Drag your input on to the document where you want it to first appear.
2. Click to select the input.
3. On your keyboard, hit Cntl+C (or Cmd+C if on Mac) to copy.
4. Click in the document where you want that item to appear an additional time.
5. On your keyboard, hit Cntl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste.
The result will be the input appearing twice in the document, but the user will only be asked to enter it once. You can go through these steps to copy paste as many times as you need.
