Updating Agreements

Replace your agreement document with an updated version

1. On the dashboard, click Edit under the Actions column at the far right. 
2. Then click Edit Document at the top right.
3. The signer settings will appear, click Next.
On this screen you'll see the Replace File option in the top menu.

Tips:
  •  If you replace the file with a document where the fields aren't in the same place, you may need to adjust the placement of the inputs.
  • For links with signers specified, you can only Replace File if no-one has signed the document yet. If someone has signed already, click Clone to recreate the link then upload your new document using the same Replace File button in the Editor.
  • For public links with no specific signers, you can Replace File at any time. Agreements completed after the update will reflect the updated document.
  • If your agreement link was generated from a Word document, you can make edits directly in the file by just following steps 1 & 2 - no need to Replace File!
